Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. We Ship as fast as possible.
Domestic U.S. orders are generally received within 5-7 business days.
International orders are generally delivered within 10-30 days, depending on the size of the order and the types and quantities of products in the order.
Orders placed late week and over the weekend will not begin processing until the next week.
All items are subject to prior sale. In the event this happens before we can adjust our web inventory there may be a small delay in shipping. If it is one of a kind type item, your payment will be refunded promptly. Backordered items typically only have a 4-5 day delay.

Payment: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, U.S. Cashier's Checks, and U.S. or International Money Orders. If you are an international buyer please make sure you send an "International Money Order" Payment must be received within 10 days after your purchase or the pending invoice will be rejected.
Checks should be made payable to The Black Yak (include invoice number).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Once a package has been given to the selected carrier, its delivery is out of the shipper’s control. The U.S. Post Office and UPS provide estimated delivery times. Remember these times are estimates and not guarantees. Many recent international shipments have exceeded the time estimates. The buyer should email me if the package has not been delivered within the maximum estimated delivery time plus seven (7) days. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. SOME COUNTRIES HAVE INSURANCE LIMITS. Be aware of the insurable limits your country will allow.
CUSTOMS: Custom forms will be marked "Merchandise" and the “Value” will be stated as the final selling price. We cannot make exceptions, please do not ask. Packages that are refused by the buyer will only be refunded upon return to our warehouse. Shipping fees are not refundable and a restocking fee equal to any fee we are charged to reclaim our merchandise will be assessed.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Buyer is responsible for determining if an item is subject to import restrictions. The buyer is responsible for any item confiscated by the buyer's Customs' Agency. No refund will be given for a confiscated item.

Returns: For items received as described, a refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise. All return correspondence must be made within 10 days of delivery to you.
